Amit Shah Again ! But Why ?

BJP reelected Amit Shah as President of the party and the news gave a full stop to many rumors and gossips ! The election of Amit Shah was unanimous and therefore, media's wild expectations about any crispy internal clash in BJP were proven as just imaginations ! Being a Politics-Lover and Analyst also, I thought about the causes and logic behind Shah's reelection. I found following points which I am sharing with readers...

1) Comfortable Man for Modi

Amit Shah's friendship and bonding with Narendra Modi are popular. The Prime Minister views Amit Shah as one of the most trustworthy person of his party and Shah has tried his best to maintain this confidence of Modi. Having Amit Shah as as head of party, Modi will find his tasks smoother in future also. Because having his best friend and soul mate on the top-command of the party will save NaMo from any inter-party feuds or rebellion.

2) His 'Chanakya'-like Image

Amit Shah is a perfect Political tactician and strategist. Even the critics of him can never deny his capabilities such as political understanding, organisational skills, cadre-connectivity, work culture and mission-driven lifestyle. He is called 'Chanakya' for these capabilities and Shah has seldom failed in proving the title right and fit for himself ! BJP is in a unique position today, where the president of BJP will have to deal with many complex challenges like concentrating opposition, annoying allies as well as keeping up with the increased pace of growth of party itself. And for all these, Amit Shah is perfect fit, His age is also a Plus Point for him which enables him to connect with the youth  and work with tremendous energy.

3) Trust of RSS and Parivaar

In previous times, RSS has sometimes experienced discomfort with BJP leadership; which had caused lack of conviction in the minds of non-political members of the Sangh Parivaar. But Amit Shah has a personality and a 'Past' especially, which are enough significant for ensuring the loyalty towards core principles like 'Hindutva' ! Thus RSS finds it easy to have control on their Political Wing (And there is nothing wrong nor abnormal in this !); when the President of party is comfortable for them. RSS has hardcore confidence in Modi and Shah about their loyalty towards core principles and this matters a lot !

4) No Significant Competition

This point is also important. Most of the 'Big Fishes' of  BJP are in the Modi Cabinet. And they are finding themselves busy and at the same time happy there ! Nitin Gadkari, Rajnath Singh as well as Sushma Swaraj are not ambitious for being President of the party at the cost of their current ministries. They all have significant ministries to perform. So, Shah got their support instead of any competition from them for his President-Election.

5) Morale of Party Workers

This is the most practical and Ground Zero-connected point. If BJP would have removed changed the President, the ultimate effect would be serious loss of the Sky-High morale of party-workers (Which is effect of Modi Magic, indeed !)... Delhi and Bihar failures have worse effect on the party workers' Spirit and Morale. In such situations, changing Shah (holding him as responsible for the defeats) would be a blunder by the party. Thus, the think tank as well as the Top Authorities of party may have considered this and have taken the 'politically wise' decision to extend the term of Amit Shah for next three years.

After all, Amit Shah, now has the full tenure of three years as the President of the Ruling Party of India. Thus, he has enough powers delegated to himself to face the challenges before himself and his party. But one thing is sure ! In the upcoming bewildering scenario of Indian Politics, the 'Moves' of Amit Shah will deserve the attention of analyst and the national focus !

Rohith Vemula's Suicide - Six Points which are not told to you !

Rohith Vemula's suicide was a unfortunate incident. A youth who was so bright and talented, hanged himself. It is really painful for us. But in the natural vain of sympathy, we are overlooking some crucial facts. We have a tendency in common. 'The Govt is always wrong' !! It's not the case in each incident. Our sympathy-emotions are getting rid of our Logic, which is really miserable. There are few points, which can change our judgement and perceptive of this case.

1. The very first point is of the cause of Suicide. The minister, Bandaru Dattatreya is being blamed for the suicide. The student didn't directed any fingers towards the Minister in the Suicide Note. Thus it will be an obvious evidence on the side of Minister.

2. Further, if we look at the action course, the Minister did follow up for an 'Disciplinary Action' on the Group of which Rohith was a member. No one can deny this fact. Further, it is 'true' that he did this on the request of his Party's allied student-wing i.e. ABVP. But is this crime ? 'Following up' by a minister with Papers and Letters with another ministry(i.e. HRD in this case) is not a crime ! Even morally thinking, if a minister follows up any issue he thinks fit, he has the right to do so ! He is a politician and has moral and legal right to follow up any issue ! So it is absurd to take this as guilt of Bandaru Dattatreya !

3. The third point is of Smriti Irani and her HRD Ministry's repeated reminders to the University asking for action against the group which they held as Anti-National'(We will discuss the validity of this remark in further points !). Now, the critics are asking Smriti Irani a really absurd question. They ask; "Why did you show such a active vigilance for this ?" Now think rationally... If a ministry follows up an issue until it's completion, is it Immoral ??? If the ministry shows efficiency about any matter, is it bad ? If not, then what is the fault of HRD Minister in this case ? (If your answer is 'Yes', then why do you cry for 'Inefficient and Lengthy Governance' ?) Now what was the point followed by the ministry ? It's about a 'Disciplinary Action' against the rules-violators. The university did take action against the students of the allegedly 'Anti-National' Group ! Now what is the fault of Smriti Irani here ?

4. Now the basis for the action taken against the students including Rohith ! The first report of the enquiry didn't find the students guilty. The second report did ! But why the second report held them guilty ?Because a Medical report connected to matter was not included in the first, and of which the Second report took notice ! All this procedures are carried out by the University, as per their routine process. Surprisingly, the enquiry report was submitted before the MP/Minister's letter ! Thus the Political hand was not there in the enquiry report.

5.  Now after taking into account the involvement of Ministers and finding no significant foul actions by them, let's we consider the 'Anti-National' label. No one ever denying the fact that ASA (Ambedkar Students Association, of which Rohith was member) did protest of Yakub Memon's hanging in the campus with very disturbing posters (Some of them saying - "Tum kitne Yakub maroge, har ghar se Yakub Niklenge" !!!) ... Yakub Memon was hanged after giving him every chance to defend himself in front of Judiciary. The supreme court judge made a last hearing at midnight, before his Hanging day ! All the judiciary which has derived its power from the Constitution of India( Which is a great work of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar) , held Yakub guilty for Terrorism-acts and sentenced him capitally. If still, the students feel sympathy and gratitude for Yakub, then no rational Indian can all it right ! It is Anti-National behaviour and nothing else ! Now many people protested the Hanging for many reasons is valid point. But they all ,were not studying in an Academic Premises where strict rules are anti-national behaviour are in force ! So the students did it in premises and faced the consequences due to Code of Conduct-Violation ! Isn't it pretty straight and correct ?

6. After all these points, there is a final one. If an authority convicts a person for guilt and takes action, and after that, due to any other reason or the depression of the action itself the person kills himself; is the authority guilty for his suicide ? If that's the logic, then there will be no Police and Law-Enforcers in our country ! Because if they take any action, the convict will suicide !!!

These are the points which are not told by the majority of main stream media and Left-Secular camp to you ! They don't leave any chance to blame Modi and BJP. But they do it at cost of Logic ! They mislead people to prove their point without any real Logic ! They have very practical philosophy nowadays, that is "If you can't convince, Confuse ! " ...

The suicide is unfortunate and painful , no doubt. But the blame-Modi-politics is being played over the suicide is shameful ! They are using everything they get... They played the Caste card, the Intolerance card and the Anti-Modi card also...  It is crazy and non-sense behaviour ! So, beware and don't get yourself mislead by this cunning 'Sickular' propaganda !!
